LifeOS Gmail ("the app") is a personal command-line tool run by RJ ETA Holdings. It is used only by its owner, on the owner's own Gmail account.
When the owner grants access through Google OAuth, the app uses two Gmail scopes:
gmail.readonly: to search messages and download attachmentsgmail.compose: to create draftsThe app never sends email.
Message content and attachments are fetched only when the owner runs a command. They are saved only to the owner's own computer. The OAuth token is stored on that computer in a file that only the owner can read. The app has no server, does not keep its own copies, and does not use analytics or tracking.
Data from Google user accounts is not sold or transferred to third parties. It is not used for advertising, and it is not used to develop or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. The app's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
To remove the app's access, go to myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove LifeOS Gmail. Deleting the local token file also ends access.
